NECN: Chang-Diaz says she will bring change to Beacon Hill

(NECN) - It was the outcome that Sonia Chang-Diaz spent years, and two election cycles trying to achieve.

In her second try, she upset veteran state senator Dianne Wilkerson of Boston. The margin was just 228 votes. And she is still not a state senator yet. In the general election, she faces a socialist-workers candidate.
